1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SecureHome Insurance website (securehome.com) and telephone services (1-8009791514). By accessing our website, calling our number, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Services
SecureHome Insurance is a licensed independent insurance agency. We provide insurance comparison, consultation, and placement services by connecting consumers with licensed insurance carriers. We do not directly underwrite insurance policies. All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the applicable carrier's policy documents.
3. No Guarantee of Coverage or Premium
Any quotes, premium estimates, savings figures, or coverage descriptions provided on this website or over the telephone are illustrative and informational in nature only. They do not constitute a binding offer of insurance. Final premiums and coverage availability are determined solely by the insurance carrier based on individual underwriting criteria and are subject to carrier approval.
Advertised savings amounts (e.g., "save up to $480/year") represent averages derived from historical customer data. Individual results may vary significantly based on location, property characteristics, current coverage, and other factors.
4. Telephone Consent & TCPA Compliance
By calling 1-8009791514 or submitting any inquiry through our website, you provide your express written consent to SecureHome Insurance and its carrier partners to contact you at the telephone number(s) provided. You understand and agree that:
- Contact may be made via live agent calls, automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and/or SMS/text messages
- Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service
- Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance and compliance purposes
- You may revoke consent at any time by calling 1-8009791514 or emailing optout@securehome.com to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list
- Revoking consent does not affect the lawfulness of any contact made prior to revocation
5. Accuracy of Information You Provide
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is truthful, accurate, and complete. You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may constitute insurance fraud, which is a criminal offense, and may result in policy voidance, claim denial, or legal prosecution. You are solely responsible for reviewing all policy documents, declarations pages, and endorsements provided by the insurance carrier.
6. Agency Relationship & Compensation
SecureHome Insurance acts as an intermediary between you (the insured) and insurance carriers. In most cases, we are compensated through commissions paid by the carrier when a policy is placed. This compensation does not affect the rates you pay. We may also receive performance bonuses from carriers based on volume, profitability, or retention. A complete disclosure of our compensation structure is available upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecureHome Insurance, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services; any acts, omissions, or decisions made by insurance carriers including claim denials, policy cancellations, or rate changes; or any losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on this website.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total commissions received by us in connection with your most recent policy placement or (b) $500.
